Using the rebounder for heart-pumping cardio and heavy weights for powerful strength work, this class follows a smart, effective flow: we kick things off with cardio, move into focused ab work, build total-body strength, and finish strong with even more core🔥
Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest, keeping the intensity high while allowing just enough recovery to push hard. You’ll get a 30-second break between rounds to reset before diving back in. Expect to sweat, shake, and feel strong—this workout is all about efficiency, power, and full-body results. 💪✨
