We’ll start with a bounce to fire up your heart, hit upper body strength, sculpt your core, bounce it out again, crush lower body, and finish strong with core work. You’ll need your rebounder, medium to heavy weights, and the best attitude you’ve got—because this workout doesn’t hold back, and neither should you.
