The advanced level for our Fit Forte instructional fitness video series. These high intensity workouts each have a featured fitness instructor and a set of exercises designed to target a specific muscle group or concentrate on cardio. Each video requires the use of a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline/Rebounder as well as additional fitness equipment. Read the individual descriptions for equipment requirements.
