Learn the basics of bounce and barre with this new entry level series designed for brand new bouncers and barre babes. These high intensity, low impact workouts are taught at a slower tempo with easy to follow choreography and no combinations, designed for newbies to feel comfortable with the rebounder while sculpting the entire body. Some videos require the use of a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline/Rebounder as well as additional fitness equipment. Read the individual descriptions for equipment requirements. Once you've completed this set of videos, try the Beginner and Quickie series to continue to challenge your body and keep those muscles guessing.
