This intermediate-to-advanced rebounder workout combines heart-pumping cardio, upper body strength, and core-blasting moves. We’ll push through 5 rounds of 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise, with a 30-second breather between rounds. Expect sweat, strength, and serious rebounder fun—your heart, arms, and abs won’t know what hit them!
