You’ll work through 5 rounds with 2 strength moves per round, performed continuously with no rest between exercises. Each round is tempo-driven, keeping your muscles under constant tension to maximize endurance and burn out every muscle group. Expect lots of reps, lots of fatigue, and plenty of opportunities to feel the shake. Weight options are encouraged—go heavier when you can, lighten up when needed, and adjust throughout to stay moving with good form.
