Intermediate Series

The intermediate level for our Fit Forte instructional fitness video series. These high intensity workouts each have a featured fitness instructor and a set of exercises designed to target a specific muscle group or concentrate on cardio. Each video requires the use of a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline/Rebounder as well as additional fitness equipment. Read the individual descriptions for equipment requirements. Once you've completed this set of videos, try the Quickie category for short videos or the Advanced category for more difficult routines.

  • Intermediate Barre & Bounce (Thighs on fire)

    A high intensity intermediate/advanced level class that blends barre’s small, precise movements focusing on all areas of the thighs paired with 2 high intensity, low-impact cardio rebounding sections.

  • 30 Min Bounce HIIT

    A high-energy, low-impact workout combining rebounder cardio bursts with muscle-sculpting strength training. You’ll torch calories and boost endurance during bounce intervals, then target and tone your entire body using free weights. Fun, joint-friendly, and sweat-inducing from start to finish!

  • Upper Body Strength

    Combing two exercises for 3 rounds to completely burn out your upper body.
    Round 1- shoulder press to overhead tricep extension.
    Round 2- Bicep curl to under grip row.
    Round 3- Chest fly to lying over head extension.

    Get ready for a fun booty burner. You have 1 round of full range movements followed by 1 round of pulses to really target the glutes.
