Get ready for a fun booty burner. You have 1 round of full range movements followed by 1 round of pulses to really target the glutes.
Equipment needed: none, but feel free to add and band or weight
Level: All levels
Moves: Round 1- Squat to squat pulse
Round 2 and 3- Donkey kick to pulse
Round 4 and 5- Hydrant to pulse
Round 6 and 7- Corner lift to pulse
Round 8- Sumo Bridge to pulse
Add this to any workout 1 or 2 times a week for a stronger booty or if you are just running short on time, you won't be sorry. Have fun!
