The intermediate level for our Fit Forte instructional fitness video series. These high intensity workouts each have a featured fitness instructor and a set of exercises designed to target a specific muscle group or concentrate on cardio. Each video requires the use of a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline/Rebounder as well as additional fitness equipment. Read the individual descriptions for equipment requirements. Once you've completed this set of videos, try the Quickie category for short videos or the Advanced category for more difficult routines.
