Beginner Series

The next level for our Fit Forte instructional fitness video series. These high intensity workouts each have a featured fitness instructor and a set of exercises designed to target a specific muscle group or concentrate on cardio. Each video requires the use of a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline/Rebounder as well as additional fitness equipment. Read the individual descriptions for equipment requirements. Once you've completed this set of videos, try the Quickie category for short videos or the Intermediate category for more difficult routines.

  • 45 min Barre and Bounce Level 1

    A beginner-friendly class that blends barre’s small, precise movements to sculpt and tone with low-impact rebounding for full-body cardio. Strengthen, lift, and energize, no dance experience needed.

  • Breaking down the dance combo

    Breaking down each move so you are prepared to put your full attitude into out dance combo.

  • Beginner Dance combo

    You mastered the moves now lets put them together in out short bounce dance combo. Put on repeat and push a littler harder each time. Let you hair down and have a little fun. Be sure to show us what you've got, Tag us on IG and TikTok!

  • 20 Minute Beginner/Intermediate Tabata
